Step One -- Shop

Go to A-Z Store List's "0 - L" and "M - Z" pages, and click through the banners and links to go shopping. You'll see some special links to "coupons and promotions" and you'll save money by taking advantage of those promotions.

On top of coupon savings and promotion offers, each transaction you make through these links could either earn yourself cash back (cashback percentage, if any, is described after the store links), or help someone in the world gets to see the world clearly again -- because small cash back amount, if less than $15 (or in the case of you choosing to receive Amazon Gift Certificate, less than $5), goes to Lion's Certified Collection Centers (LCCC.)

Note: Stores change their policies from time to time. If a graphic appears broken, it's best to e-mail me (see step 3) to verify that we are still in the partnership with that vendor.

Step Two -- Think About Your Options

Recipient of payment:

1. Receiving the cash yourself;
2. Donate it to Lion's Certified Collection Center; or
3. Donate it to another charity of your choice .

The second option is the default, if we do not receive instruction from you. Cashback that does not exceed the minimums ($5 or $15) is also donated to Lion's Certified Collection Center.

It's Better to Give Than to Receive -- And Your Charity Will Receive More

Research shows acts of kindness can make your life happier. Cashback Planet wants you to be happy. If you choose the second option (donating it to your favorite charity,) Cashback Planet will match 15% of your cashback amount (not 10% of your purchase amount) and add it to your cash back. So it is even easier to qualify for a cashback check.

For example, if you spend $240 at Drugstore.com and then $50 at Plow & Hearth, your cashback before the charity match is:

($240 x 5%) + ($50 x 4%) = $14

$14 then will be combined with the match of $2.1 so the total is $16.1 and it exceeds the minimum of $15.

And it gets better! If you can get your favorite charity to place a link to Cashback Planet on their Web site, we will match 20% of your cashback! Be sure to let me know if you got your charity to link to us.

Form of payment:

You can choose to receive cashback as

1. Check;
2. PayPal transfer, or
3. Amazon.com Gift Card via Email*.

To qualify to receive a cash back check, you need to have earned at least $15 of cash back. To receive an Amazon.com Electronic Gift Card, you need to have earned at least $5 of cash back (easier to qualify!)

* By choosing the Amazon.com Gift Card option, you agree to return to Cashback Planet and click through any Amazon banners or text links when you are redeeming your Gift Certificate.

Erik's Tip: Want to qualify for the minimum faster? Make up the needed amount with your Amazon gift card purchase. For example, if you shop only Amazon, you will need $250 purchase to qualify for the $5 cashback reward when choosing a reward as a gift card ($250 x 2% = $5). After you make, let's say, a $50 purchase for a merchandise, then you can click through the Gift Card banner on the home page, and make a $200 gift card purchase. Send the gift card to your significant other or another family member, either as a real gift to them or arrange that they shop for the merchandise YOU want.

Now you have qualified for the minimum cashback reward, we'll send you a special link. This will add convenience for your future shopping. You can then repeat this process (buy gift card first, then merchandises, both through your special link.) You are practically being rewarded twice for this process, your reward percentage really is 4% when you do this. This is not a "trick." It's what a smart shopper would do. What Amazon gets is your commitment to return to them and spend that amount on the gift cards.

Step Three -- Fill Out Online Form

Fill out and submit our Cashback Options Online Form.

Step Four -- Forward Confirmation E-mail(s)

After the form is submitted, please forward the confirmation e-mail(s) to me at If you need to make multiple purchases to qualify for minimum rewards, or that you shopped at multiple sites, please wait until you receive all the confirmation e-mails, then forward the e-mails to me at one time. So we can add up your cash back and see if they qualify you for rewards. If we receive your e-mails on different days, your multiple purchases will not be added together.

We got feedback that you need more clarification about the timing of forwarding confirmations: OK, the request described in the last paragraph doesn't mean that you need to make all the purchases within the same day. If you'll be making smaller purchases, we are only asking you to wait until you accumulate enough confirmation e-mails and forward them to me in a short time period. This way we don't lose track of your e-mails.

Let's say you make a purchase on the 5th at Amazon.com, and another purchase on the 20th, and they add up to more than $250.  Please forward me both confirmation e-mails after the 20th, instead of one after 5th, and another one after 20th. These two purchases will qualify you for a Amazon Gift Card reward. But remember to click through Cashback Planet banners or text links every time!

Checks are issued by Lions Certified Collection Centers.

If you choose the option of donating to another charity, we can forward you the receipt from the 3rd-party charity or, if donated by checks, e-mail you the image of the cashback check showing the line "Donated in the name of ......" in the memo.

And You're Done. Just Wait to Receive Cashback! And Keep Shopping!!

Most partner stores implement a "waiting period." This is the time they want us to wait before cash back can be redeemed. The purpose is to ensure there are no issues like product returns. Amazon.com, for example, has a waiting period of two months. Cashback Planet's cashback checks are issued toward the end of a month, after the waiting periods.
